Dr. P. Nadine Gonzales takes pride in the health care services she provides for each of her patients, providing thorough examinations, treating each patient as an individual and catering their treatments to their specific needs. Dr. Gonzales, "Dr. G", is considered a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Specialist is fully trained in chiropractic care but also has had extensive training in functional neurology, rehabilitation and physiologic therapeutics in order to better treat injuries. A Chiropractic Rehabilitation Specialist uses passive and active therapies that include chiropractic adjustments as well as coping strategies for those who need to decrease their anxiety and fear due to pain. Dr. Gonzales' goal is to restore strength and muscle tone to the musculoskeletal system by using targeted exercises, therapies, and functional neurology techniques to maximize stability and help prevent a reoccurrence of the problem.

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Motor Vehicle Accidents with Confirmed Medpay Balance, Multiplan,  PHCS, Personal Injury Accidents with Confirmed Medpay Balance, and Workers' Compensation - Preauthorization Required.

 

Different insurance policies allow for different coverage. Not all policies have chiropractic coverage or benefits. Some specific benefit policies also require pre-authorization. If you are unsure, Dr. Gonzales will be more than happy to check for you.

 

Co-Pays and Deductibles are due at the time of service.

Credit cards are accepted for your convenience.

Christus Health Plan, Christus Health Plan Generations Plus, Department of Labor (DOL OWCP, FECA, DEEOIC), Humana, Liberty Healthshare, Medicaid Programs, Medicare Programs from ANY Insurance Plan, Optum Health, Presbyterian, or United Healthcare as they do not pay for the level of services I provide. Medicaid does not cover Chiropractic Care regardless of insurance carrier.
