Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Motor Vehicle Accidents with Confirmed Medpay Balance, Multiplan, PHCS, Personal Injury Accidents with Confirmed Medpay Balance, and Workers' Compensation - Preauthorization Required.
Different insurance policies allow for different coverage. Not all policies have chiropractic coverage or benefits. Some specific benefit policies also require pre-authorization. If you are unsure, Dr. Gonzales will be more than happy to check for you.
Co-Pays and Deductibles are due at the time of service.

Christus Health Plan, Christus Health Plan Generations Plus, Department of Labor (DOL OWCP, FECA, DEEOIC), Humana, Liberty Healthshare, Medicaid Programs, Medicare from ANY Insurance Plan, Optum Health, Presbyterian, or United Healthcare as they do not pay for the level of services I provide. Medicaid does not cover Chiropractic Care regardless of insurance carrier.
Affordable Cash Payments
Dr. Gonzales bases her services on the New Mexico Worker's Compensation Fee Schedule, which is considered reasonable and customary charges. If you have a financial hardship, Dr. Gonzales will work with you to provide the same high level of care at an affordable payment plan.

New Mexico's Veterans Health Care Project (NMVHCP)
Free - "Pro Bono" healthcare services for veterans or their family members. - authorization from the NMVHCP required. Not only will I provide the Chiropractic, Craniosacral, Massage, Functional Neurology, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Physical and Occupational Therapy, but as a BSN-Registered Nurse I can perform wound care, PT/INR checks, and glucose checks with your Primary Care Physician's order.
